We teach Kickboxing that includes american style,international style & muay thai.we also teach MMA that includes boxing,kickboxing,wrestling,judo & jiu jitsu

 

How much do classes generally cost?

Kickboxing is 75.00 a month,MMA is 75.00 a month,Kickboxing & MMA together 100.00 a month.

 

Do I need to buy expensive equipment like pads and shin guards?

You will need a mouthpiece,handwraps,boxing gloves,shin protectors.Guys will need a cup & for MMA training gloves.
